Written with a cracking pace, Johnstone tells an imaginative story centred on Lizzie, a 17 year old finding her way in a new city, Oxford. Murder and the occult collide as the plot progresses, but this is also a coming of age story. The lead characters are believable and rounded, and dealt with sensitively. Well worth a read.
