A textbook-like tome, it covers interpretation from front to back and is a great reference. According to the author, it will lead to a comprehensive knowledge of the interpretive profession. It's conveniently divided and the Table of Contents is easy to read and reference. Two major sections: How to Interpret and How to Mange Interpretation point the reader toward his/her goal. Don't try to read it cover to cover--pretty hard to do. Use it as reference and you'll be happy.
