The first vegan kosher cookbook. This is a small but valuable volume, especially for for those exploring healthy choices. Since vegan cooking is by definition kosher (assuming packaged or other non-fresh items are certified kosher), this is not innovative in scope, but the inclusion of vegan versions of traditional Jewish foods can be a help to anyone trying to alter their Jewish lifestyle for health or ethical reasons.
