Delbert W. Baker

Delbert W. Baker, Ph.D., is a minister, educator, author, and administrator. He has served as a pastor and counselor, editor of Message magazine, associate director of the Ellen G. White Estate, professor and administrator at Loma Linda University, and president of Oakwood University.
