This was just ok, felt like a winter Night Night Forest Friends by Annie Bach
There are lots of "b" words in this short story and the idea of the ball bouncing along, out of control, is a fun image to tie all the "b" words together. The "puzzle" part of the book doesn't hold up well.
Primary
Talks about what you might do if you were a bus, firetruck, etc. Would you complain that you're always up and spraying water, or would you be glad knowing that you're helping people?
I'd like to have this in my classroom. Shows how situations can be turned around with a positive mindset.
This book is great for four, five and six year old's. The words are small and short and easy to read. It is very kid appropriate. This was a very cute story about a garbage truck, and each page has more workers and each line rhymes. It lets children learn more about "big wheeled workers" and inspires them about these workers. In a classroom this could be used for maybe a career day type thing because of all of the workers it talks about.
