Reviews
This book argues there are complementary fields between international human rights law and international criminal law. It provides a desciptive analysis of the law, with particular reference to prisoners, or more specifically the prohibition of torture and cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. Later chapters address the use of the death penalty on prisoners since 9/11 and enforced disappearance.
