Kermit Oliver

This ten-page show catalog includes an artist's statement, an essay by art historian Aliva Wardlaw, and color illustrations of eight of Oliver's paintings from his Hooks-Epstein show of December 4, 1997 - January 10, 1998. Oliver is one of my favorite painters. The quality and depth of his work hints at how many truly fine artists there must be throughout the world, who are isolated within a small geographic region.
