Sophia Henry

This was definitely my favorite book of the series so far. Pasha has introduced by way of being a complete jerk. I'm glad he finally came around and showed signs of being a real person that I'd love to be around instead of wanting to kick him in his junk. Going on a cruise was an awesome local to have his relationship start so that we could actually see that he can be a nice sexy guy. Kristen was awesome. She was such a strong person and was grabbing life by the horns and living to the show more fullest of her ability while away from her protective parents. They had so much incredible chemistry. Their courtship of each other was a thing of beauty. Of course, can't have a HEA without having some drama thrown in there. And there was drama that ripped them apart. I don't want to give any spoilers away, so I'll stop with that. I need more of these guys in my very active fictional life. Here's to hoping Ms. Henry writes faster.

I was looking to read this book on the pure fact that it mentioned hockey. I am a hockey fan. It was lacking on the hockey play or even hockey references but instead I got a really good love story with engaging characters in Kristen and Pavel aka Pasha and exotic location. There is nothing quite like literally running into the arms of a hunky man and kissing him soon afterwards to start off your vacation right. Oh, except the fact that the guy is willing to pretend to be your boyfriend. The show more chemistry between Kristen and Pavel was undeniable. There were some sex scenes. However, they were hot but sweet at the same time. I fell in love with both Kristen and Pavel even more when I learned their stories. This time I was on the side of Pavel when his secret was uncovered. Yet, I could not be made at Kristen for the way that she handled the situation. I do have to give a shout out to Kristen's father. Wow-this wasn't what I expected at all (in a great way!). First, Auden is an amazing character. She is smart and driven and is so aware of her shortcomings and issues. And Alex is just the most amazing sports start book boyfriend. I am really over the man whore athlete trope in books and I was slightly afraid that this book would follow that path. I was thrilled to find out that Alex was not only NOT a manwhore but he was open and loving and not an alpha asshole! I am so excited to have a show more sports related book that isn't about sleeping with anything that moves and being a douche. The more I think about it, the more I am glad books like this get written! We need more stories like this-with good people who have issues and talk about them instead of jumping in to bed! Thank goodness for Sophia Henry! I can't wait to read more from her!

I really enjoyed reading Interference by Sophia Henry. This was the third book of a non cliff hanger series. While each book was technically a stand alone, I enjoyed reading them in order since the characters in the first two weave in and out of the story lines in book 2 and again in this one. I really enjoyed the author's voice throughout - the writing was light and easy, the dialogue funny and engaging. I've got my fingers crossed hoping for a fourth book to come along. People who enjoy show more sweet contemporary romance would enjoy these books. I would gladly recommend this book to anyone looking for a fun, quick read.
