The massage advice and discussion about aromatherapy generally are also useful.

However, the chapters on Yin and Yang forces, Shiatsu and Reflexology don't seem too appropriate for an aromatherapy book aimed at the lay person. Too little explanation is actually given for the beginner, who would be better off getting a book dedicated to these topics if interested.
