This author just knows how to write delightful, fun loving, great stories. She never disappoints me and this one is another wonderful book. She does a great job of describing all the characters and makes them like they are your next door neighbors. Of course, I wish I had Chase as my next door neighbor! The stories are easy to read and also makes you feel good and believe in the hope that there is happiness at the end of the rainbow. Oh my gosh, this book is worthy of 10 stars!! I was hooked from the being, fell in love with Lucas and cried my eyes out towards the end. The author did a number on my emotions with this book. I loved all the characters and can see many more books for the Oak Grove series,
