Interesting ideas from a true educator who believes that when you are a teacher your objective is to do what is most important for your students. What she acheived was especially relevant in the North American setting. She was inspirational and driven and for that reason this book was worthwhile reading for all teachers. I especially liked the way she involved the whole community in the running of her school.
