I liked the chapter on how complexity develops as a company grows. I think most of the book should have been written from this viewpoint. I think the rest of the material is pretty run of the mill. The chapters on Alignment, Leadership DNA, and governance systems were concrete, while the other chapters seemed to peter out before they got to the meat of the material.
