A really good rule system for a difficult to manage genre in the role-playing sense. It plays better than it reads but there’s certainly plenty of material and art information here for even the most dedicated Trekkie.

I thought that this was a very good effort and probably the best since the FASA star track role-playing game in 1980s. The supplements as far as I can see all keep up this high level of production values and I think it will be a very successful book.
