100 Best Berry Smoothies for Fat Loss by Jennifer Lee
Starts out with an introduction and summarizes each of the chapters.
First is blackberries and it states the benefits, storage, preparation, then goes into recipes. Everything is fresh and low fat variety. Has a list of ingredients and how to make the drink. No pictures and NO nutritional information available.
Even though all use the blackberry there are a lot that also use fresh vegetables, making it very nutritious.
Strawberry is the next show more section with the same concept from chapter 1. You should be able to substitute the yogurt for a low fat content.
Blueberry is next followed by raspberries then cranberries.

Introduction has info about what makes a great smoothies and why the smoothie is even a thing. The different components of making one are discussed.
Each recipe has a title and servings.
List of ingredients are included and you should be show more able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given and there are NO pictures, NO nutritional information.
I do like the flavor combinations of fresh fruits and I'd be choosing low fat, low sodium variations of what's called for.

List of ingredients are included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low show more sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given and there is NO nutritional information, also uses canned items.
Sounds like high sodium, sugar diet from the ingredients I'm seeing. If that is the case you will need vitamins and other minerals you won't be getting.
