Just a little Usborne Activity book, esp. for ages 8-12. Mazes and word finds are only the beginning... there's quite a wide variety. Including puzzles that challenged me, and games I want to try.

"One Beat" is a game I'll use next time I have trouble falling asleep - see how long a story I can tell using words of only one syllable. (The book advises that two ppl converse using words of one beat only.)

"Track Words" is a Before & After that I'm still working on. It's possible that if I were show more British it'd be easier? I got Search *** House right away, but Wall *** Clip?

"Car Snap" is trying to spot pairs at the same time or in short order. For example at a rest area it should be not too difficult to spot two red sedans, but maybe while driving through Wyoming it'd take awhile to count two Wendy's billboards. For example.

Recommendations of similar books welcome. I appreciate the challenge level of not too difficult.... show less
