So I will say this, as someone who had this situation kinda happen to her I get her points. I didn't have to deal with my baby daddy till my kid was old enough to make the choice to be involved with him or not. Now that being said the dude was damn dense. He is basically looking at a mini me and didn't figure it out? He was their doctor and didn't look at the birthday and look backwards? The only thing that was meh for me was how quickly it went from anger and frustration to love. Tony is a doctor who has requested that Jude bring files up to his mountain cabin as a snowstorm begins. She gets stuck there and must spend the weekend with him. They find themselves attracted to each other and act upon it. When they return to work, they pretend that they are not involved since Jude is up for a promotion. Can they continue acting as though nothing happened that weekend or will their secrets come out?

I liked this story. Tony is a jerk at times. Jude is uptight but I can see show more why she does not want to be seen as being involved with him during the promotion process. When he seems to ghost her, I appreciated her thought process although she did not know what was happening. By the end, I loved how Tony had changed his ways and Jude lightened up.

I look forward to reading more of this author's books. show less

Good but u did not like the fact that the MMC was going to marry the sister up until he found out the FMC was pregnant…as she walked down the aisle of his wedding to her sister. The rest was great. The bad guy died too fast though

This story was ok, and I liked it well enough to finish reading, however I didn't love it. It might be just me, based on the other reviews, but I never really connected with the characters. I was frustrated with how Mandy just let Adam walk all over her and I thought it was strange how her son called Hunter "Mr. Anderson" throughout the book. Perhaps this is a regional custom but I don't know of anyone that has their kids call their adult friends/neighbors by their surname, particularly when show more they develop a close relationship.
