Liz Evans moved around quite a lot. She spent some of her young life in the middle east and went to boarding school in Harrogate. Her parents settled back in West Wales and bought a free range chicken farm, with 15,000 hens. So she know a bit about chickens and eggs. After working for the local council, in Wales she moved to New Zealand, Auckland. She now lives there with her husband Jason, daughter Sophia, a fat white cat called Spike, and two black cats, Midnight and Hufflepuff.
