Jane Ulysses Grell

A slim, gentle collection of poetry which reflects the poet's experiences living in her home country of Dominica and later in England. I found these poems endearingly earnest if often a bit amateurish; the strongest were the ones which leaned into the rhythms of Dominican patwa.
