I'm a huge fan of Elizabeth Knox and have read all her books she has released. I usually only like when she co-writes with E.C. Land but when she chose A.M. Myers for the Deathstalkers MC she picked a winner. If you have read the Bayou Devils MC by A.M. Myers you'll see they both have their own writing styles and when combined it makes for an awesome book. Falcon is the 2nd book from the Deathstalkers MC and I have been waiting for what seems like forever for it to come out with all the show more delays it had. But it turned out great. It's one of the longest books that Elizabeth Knox has written in a while and it didn't seem rushed like alot of her books have recently.
Falcon is the President of the Deathstalkers. He rules with an iron fist but isn't as hardcore as some President's are unless someone messes with his brothers or anyone he cares about. For years he's been friends with Hermoine who owns the local coffee shop The Java Zone. He's been in love with her for years but didn't want to ruin their friendship by acting on it. Hermoine has also had a crush on Falcon for years and tries to flirt with him every now and then but never acts on her crush because she didn't think he would feel the same way. To everyone in the community she is a blessing. She tries to help everyone out when she can and is just a nice, caring person to everyone.
She's never had a problem at her shop until one day a biker she's never met comes in and is rude to one of her customers so she throws him out and he doesn't like that. The trouble starts with a broken window and escalates from there. Falcon finds out and vows to protect her but some things you can't protect people from. Hermoine's life changes so drastically learning most of her life has been a lie that Falcon is the only person she can trust and feels safe with especially after he saves her. She tries to go back to living her normal life but trouble just keeps coming and Falcon and his brothers are the ones there for her. This book does have triggers in it so be warned. Hermoine goes through hell but she's a survivor and stronger than she thinks she is especially with Falcon by her side.
Overall this was a great partnership between Elizabeth Knox and A.M. Myers. I hope they continue to write the rest of the series together. Horseman's book is up next and I can't wait to read that one. show less

Sabotage is the 8th book in the Raiders Of Valhalla MC series by Elizabeth Knox. She brought us a treat, literally with this story. It made me so hungry reading it! This one is a friends-with-benefits turned lovers romance with an ex who doesn't get the picture.
Aesir has been in a friends-with-benefits relationship with Aziza for a while now. Every time she breaks up with her boyfriend Tyler they get together but he's tired of it. Like with most friends-with-benefits one of them caught the show more feels and that was Aesir. Things start to look up after a trip to Puerto Rico to handle a club enemy and Aziza decides she's done with Tyler and wants better for her life. So with Magnolia's help, she opens an actual baking company in a professional kitchen and starts a new relationship that is healthy and nurturing for both of them. Being the typical guy, Tyler is the scorned ex who doesn't get the picture the first time or the second time. Maybe it will be the third time that he's told it's over.
I gave this a 5-star rating and a 4-spicy rating. Aziza was a great character to finally meet in this book. She is not your typical woe-is-me girl but a take-life-by-the-horns girl. She has dreams and ambitions and knows she deserves better and when she sets out to get it oh boy does she. Aesir is the perfect compliment to her strength to support her and enjoy her success with her. I can't wait to see what's next in the series with little hints dropped in this one. show less

I am going to give this a solid 3.25.
Roxy is married to Rage, the Prez of the Demons of Hell MC. Rage's name fits him well. He's full of rage, and he takes it out on Roxy. He's spent most of their whole marriage beating her and passing her around to members of his MC as well as other MCs. He's treated her just terribly, but she's stuck by him because she knows if she tries to escape, he will hunt her down. But now, she's pregnant, and Rage doesn't know yet, and she's not sure when she will show more tell him, but she wants to just be the best mom she can be. Right until he beats her with a baseball bat.
Tex is Rage's best friend. They both met Roxy when she was a teenager, but Tex was dating her first. Then Rage pushed in and took over. He's spent all the years til now watching what happened to her. He stayed away as much as possible, and since the worst things that Rage did happened when he was gone, he doesn't know everything that's happened. But when he comes home to find her laying 98% dead on the sidewalk outside the clubhouse, he knows it's time to do something.
Hmmm... I would get knocked in and out of the story. There were times that I really loved what was going on, but then there were also times when I just didn't like what was happening at all. There is some graphic description of abuse that happens in the book. I felt, overall, like it was almost 2 books pushed together, and I think that it would've worked better if it had been broken down into 2 separate stories. That way the love story that happened would have gotten more attention and would've gotten the attention that it deserved. I really liked that part and would really love to see more of it. show less

While not my favourite in this series (sorry Reckoning holds that title hands down for me) this was still a worthy contender.
I enjoyed Reclaimed and liked most things about this.
It was very satisfying for me to see Kyle get his own slice of the happiness pie.
I always felt that Kyle was slightly misunderstood: right or wrong he thought that he was doing the correct thing in regards to his actions and past events with Daisy and he has stood aside and taken his medicine since.
So to see him and show more Michelle reconnect with each other even with all the fallout and drama was so bittersweet and in my opinion well deserved indeed.
We get to see a very different side to Kyle in Reclaimed: one that I very much liked.
Here Kyle is the voice of reason while Reed does struggle somewhat after the previous fallout.
That is my one disappointment here as after the way events unfolded in Reckoning I was hoping for more explosive results than what we are actually given.
The aftermath here for me was slightly anti-climatic.
This series for me has been a bit of a rollercoaster some instalments I have adored others not so much but one thing has been a continued constant here the need to keep on reading.
And Reclaimed follows on with this tradition with a shocking heart-stopping finale: what a finish.
Will definitely now be anticipating book seven in this addictive series.
So, in my opinion, this doesn't really read as a standalone and needs to be read in order to get the most out of this.
Each edition here builds a piece of the puzzle until finally, the bigger picture starts to slowly emerge: I feel you will lose vital parts of this story if they're not read in order.
Also, though I didn't personally find this that dark there are aspects of this storyline that might act as a trigger to some: please be aware of this before reading and avoid if this is an issue.
So yes I enjoyed this one and it gets a thumbs up from moi.
I voluntary reviewed an Arc of Reclaimed (Skulls Renegade #6)
