A Cartoon Network Studios animated series (HBO, Jun. 2020 - Sep. 2021).
B (Good).
I do feel like Adventure Time needed an epilogue of some sort. And the third of these four specials would have been a really strong place to end things. But then there's the "Wizard City" episode, which feels like it was made by people who wanted to be doing something else.

Ok, I confess, I love the HBO show The Sopranos, primarily because the characters are so well developed.
Just when you think Tony Soprano is a kind, sensitive guy, babba bing, he "wastes" a rival. Just when you have compassion for Pauly Walnuts, slam bang, he dumps a body in the New Jersey pine barrens. Just when Carmela appears to be a conflicted soul regarding her husband's profession, whalla, her shallowness is manifested by the cushy life style she embraces.
This coffee table sized book is show more replete with great photos of the scenes and characters of the six-season series. There are wonderful personality descriptions. There are behind-the scenes descriptions of the music, the language, the food and the indepth portrayal of the characters.
If you followed the series, you will enjoy this book. show less

C+ (Okay).
A former vigilante has an interdimensional portal.
Good sense of humor. Terrible story. Also, I'm not sure why this is Peacemaker. They could have just used this cast and assigned them new characters, and it all would have worked at least 50% better (as evidenced by the new characters being the only interesting ones).
I was entertained, but I think when season 3 comes out I'm going to have other things I'd rather be doing with 8 hours of my life.
