The book is full of science blurbs about vitamins, minerals and what to eat for which condition and there are no sources or references for any of this information.
This makes the book at it's best, worthless, and at it's worst, a dangerous source of misinformation.
Tai Chi Chuan is a set of health exercises because of its simple, easy movements, for body and mind. All movements are slow, soft and graceful. When practiced regularly, it can elevate your level of health and peace of mind.The two terms, Tai Chi Chuan and Taijiquan , are one of the same. The former being the American expression is used in place of the later which is the Chinese term.
