- Jeff was raised in New England, and graduated from the SUNY Purchase Conservatory Theater Program. He currently lives in New York City. He is a nine-time Audie finalist (2007 winner), has won 21 Golden Earphone Awards (including one for Lord John and the Private Matter) and a People magazine "Annual Top Five" citation, and was named one of AudioFile magazine's "Fifty Greatest Voices of the Century". On stage, Woodman starred in the title role in Tennessee William's The Notebook of Trigorin, and he received the S.F. Bay Area Critic's Circle Award for his performance in An Ideal Husband. Woodman has also participated in numerous ESL programs and cartoon voices for Japanese animation.
