Paul Campbell (2) (1979–)

There are three Hallmark movies that I consider perfect and Tyler Hynes is in two of them: "It was always you" and this one. Unbelievably amazing movie. Lenz is always fantastic and my favorite Hallmark actor but to be paired with Hynes is genius. Tyler shows all sides of his emotional palate which makes the character more well-rounded, vulnerable and lovable. The second scene in the "she shed" made me cry. Fantastic. Amazing. Funny. Heart-breaking. Perfect. Also kudos to Paul Campbell who show more wrote the script. It was as if he tailored the dialogue to fit Lenz and Hynes because I couldn't imagine any other actors delivering it so perfectly ! show less

Written by the two stars, Paul Campbell and Kimberly Sustad, this is the story of the son of a developer who clashes with the daughter of a cafe owner. This is the third movie that Sustad and Campbell appear in (Godwink Christmas and Wedding every Weekend) and is more subtle than just the surface conflicts. Paul's father is the opposite of Kimberly's father which furthers the story line. The repartee is delightful and a hallmark of their movies.
