I thought this would be a book about how to tidy up your room. I was surprised to find it was about being a friend to those who are different. Dirty Bird is a very clean and tidy bird. Charming is a very dirty and messy bird. Both of these birds are best friends. They look past each other's differences.
A well-written mystery that I had lost sight of six years ago. A cozy mystery but with a male sleuth, trying to clear his name as a suspect in a murder by finding the real killer.
A plot with characters that are like your next-door neighbors, believable and familiar. Highly recommended to those who like mysteries.

trouble". The animals always listen to him. Zoom Boom always tells them the right things to do. Why is his name "Zoom Boom"? Well, I will leave that up to you to find out in this incredible story of safety and friendship.
This book is awesome! Children will love that all of the animals have names and personalities; even the crows! This book teaches kids to stay out of trouble, to recycle to save the earth, be kind to everyone, and to be a friend to everyone you know. The illustrations are show more great, as well!

Zoom Boom is at it again. This time Careless Carrie the Crow is not paying attention to what she should be doing. He saves her from a car as she is crossing in front of the bus. He keeps her from running out into the street to get a book she dropped and then he saves her when she trips going down the stairs. Great lessons about how to stay safe. I received a copy to facilitate my review. The opinions espressed here are my own.
