Listen to Mama Carefully... Angels Are Watching!
Any doubt of how a new story line and character would be received should be nil/void. I've enjoyed every part of 'Hood Misfits' and crave even more but the bar has been raised with 'The Syndicate'. Page for page, I'm hearing music as my mental playlist selections of Kenny Rogers and Beyonce on repeat made no sense until the last page.
Claudette McPhearson must have had a crystal ball or foresaw the future while raising children she loved as her show more own. Taken from the bowels of hell and made into a family they all needed, that's unconditional. Honing skills that they wouldn't utilize with purpose before the need was understood. She made the weak valuable,some just don't see/understand their own strength
