I got sidetracked a little and just started reading this book last night but I finished it and I have some thoughts.
First up I had such high hopes for xavier.
come to find out he is a chickenshit little bastard coward who is so far up his mommy's butt that he just doesn't seem to want to admit it.
Xavier is a pathetic excuse for human being and you know what I hope that in one of the next two books somebody gives him what he deserves. Like a good smack upside the head. From what I gather the show more first book he was abused as a child. Apparently that stuck with him and he decides to abuse everybody else? Doesn't he learn from things that happened to him not to do it to other people? That's what I learned.
And I mean I get it he's supposed to act a certain way blah blah blah
But what he does to Eden at the end of this book, is pathetic. All the good deeds or at least good intentions that he had up until that point went down the drain. I lost all respect for xavier.
And while we are at it Archie can suck on big fat balls for like hair. He was one of my favorite characters throughout the entire book until the end. you know what Eden's mom was completely 100% right. Don't trust anyone. Even your twin.
This book made me feel so angry throughout the entire thing. And I'm still angry. No happy ever and after after this one. I'm kind of scared to read the next books but I'm going to.
Don't be mad at me for spoiling anything because like I said at the very beginning of this spoiler alert.
I want to beat the living shit out of xavier. He's a pathetic little boy. show less

This was awesome. I absolutely loved how all the guys rallied around her regardless of what Xavier's mother said.
Did anyone else get the feeling that Ilana was just really whacked in the head. Like borderline schizo kind of thing?
Like something broke in her brain and she just went off the charts crazy?
That last scene with her, I got the feeling that she was vibrating with crazy.
I really wish that there was more in the epilogue about what happened afterwards. Like after the mother was killed show more and how things either went back to normal or if something happened with Pete's or just who became the new mayor etc.
This book made me care about the town just as much as the players so to speak. So I would have loved to see what have happened afterwards with the people in charge.
I am definitely recommending this book series to all of my friends. Especially since it was recommended to me. Thank you fiona. show less

So this book was a recommendation from a group of reverse harem fans on facebook. At first I was confused. The group of five guys at the very beginning made me think that maybe this was a supernatural book. But I was quickly informed that no it is not, and it actually turned out to be a really great recommend. So if you're asking me, do I personally recommend this book, then yes I do. I understand that mindset that Luna gets when she's triggered. I get the same. Which scares the ever-living show more shit out of me. Because in that mindset you don't know what you're doing. You know but it's like somewhere along the lines between your brain and the action, the lines are severed. So you act without reacting. Does that make sense? Anyway I'm on to the next book. show less
It’s a unicorn of a RH novel. I can’t stand when RH has a power imbalance or bullying element and there wasn’t any of that here.
This school though. Do you get a diploma at the end or do you have to steal it yourself? I’m curious.
