Very typical Lifetime-esque romance (I say Lifetime over Hallmark due to the slightly graphic sex scene. And the stuffed penises business. Hallmark is not there ;) ) It was predictable, but as an Idahoan, I did love the setting and references to cities I know.

It was what you would expect. And that's not necessarily a bad thing. Probably what people are looking for this time of year!

A cute, fun contemporary romance with a dash of Christmas thrown in. It really felt like a sexier Hallmark Christmas movie and what's not to love about a Hallmark movie?

Nick and Noel's Christmas Playlist hits on my favorite trope; friends to lovers. The characters are loveable and relatable...even the cheating ex's. I really enjoyed the dynamic of Nick and Noel's relationship and the alternating chapter POVs.

I listened to the audiobook as well and definitely recommend either option!

This is definitely a paperback version of any hallmark Christmas movie and I am not upset about it. Nick and Noel go from seeing each other as childhood friends to more early on in the book, and weather all the storms that come with that. Very little smut, but a quick holiday read.
