A thoroughly enjoyable sit-com from the 1970s, featuring Richard Briers and Felicity Kendal as Tom and Barbara Good, embarking on a life of self-sufficiency.
There's a lot of humour, but what I like best is the characterisation, and particularly the affectionate relationship between Tom and Barbara, which is positive, realistic, and based on a great friendship as well as attraction.
Highly recommended if you like this kind of thing. However there are just six out of seven of the series 1 show more episodes on this DVD set.

A good and often witty compilation of what other people have written about gardens, interspersed with Richard Briers dry humour.
Typical eighties middle-class sitcom. Mostly good performances. Occasional duff episodes but quality reasonably high overall.
