- Jeff Riggenbach, Ph.D. is a best-selling and award winning author who has earned a reputation as an international expert in CBT and personality disorders. Good overview. I have a history of depresssion, and I have a family history of depression, but my friend may have BPD, so I'm reading up on that. Pretty useful.
