My friends gave this to me as a joke and, while it pains me to admit it, I quite enjoyed it. True, my expectations were extremely low but I have read worse chick lit. do I find it very hard to believe Jordan contributed much to this book apart from a minor glamour model character named Angel. Snort. With a "Madonna like face" no less - I assume she means the haggard pop fright rather than baby Jesus' s mum ( I don't remember her getting her tits out).
Ok so Katie price may be my secret pleasure author. the book is well witten with good characters, even though the setting is one that I dont understand (dont think I will ever get to the famous and rich set).
Once again I am surprised by the quality of the writing of the book. The story was fast paced and easy to read. The story line was believable and the characters not completely flat. Dancy managed to change in the view of the main characters over the course of the book. Not the not taxing book but a good read.
I did note that on the copyright there is another mention so I am left wondering how much was written by kate price herself. Was the horse mad portions added just to make it seem more show more Kate.
Whatever it is a good light read

A once starlet bent on regaining fame and getting her life back on track. Does she make it, ofcourse - plot twists are now why we read this kind of book.
Plenty of sex, worrying about how they look and how things will look to the outside world.
Despite any misgivings i may have had I found this to be a well written book with characters that were not just cardboard a plot that rang true and enough descriptive passages for a good visuaisation. Perhaps it is because this is a world that kate show more price inhabits so she knowes well, but she showed it well. People say write about what you know and she has done this to good effect.
still not the kind of book that I will be bragging I have read, but I am a snob. but one which I am happy to acknolage as a holiday read - perhaps for the later teen in addtion to adult.
well done katie, it is a book
