Reviews
There is not so valuable a digest of voyages extant in any language. For accuracy in all his statements, he stands out in bold relief from the great multitude of compilers.
Would've been nice if it had maps, an index. Little or no physical description of the pirates. Little or no mention of famous pirates. Interesting, but had to push myself to finish it.
