Barbara Waters

Born in Illinois in 1929, Barbara Waters has master's degrees in journalism and psychotherapy. She was a business executive besides teaching English, Southwestern Literature, and Creative Writing for twenty years. For twelve years she was a practicing therapist in Tucson and Taos. A consultant for show more the Southern Arizona Friends of Jung, she long has facilitated Jungian-oriented dream groups as well as writing workshops. In 1970, she met writer Frank Waters; they traveled, worked, and lived together, and were married in 1979. In 1993 she organized the Frank Waters Foundation, of which she is president. Although she has written numerous articles and several essays, this book is her first to be published. show less
