Rich Dad Advisors: Start Your Own Corporation, 2nd Edition: Why the Rich Own Their Own Companies and Everyone Else Works for Them by Garrett Sutton
Practical and efficient advice about the various options for incorporating a business, including some instructive real-life case studies about what can go wrong. This author is part of the Kiyosaki network and lives up to it via the pragmatic, no-nonsense strategies.
How to Use Limited Liability Companies & Limited Partnerships: Getting the Most Out of Your Legal Structure by Garrett Sutton
This book delves deeper into the legal issues and formation tactics, including plenty of useful case studies and examples. If you already know which entity structure you're using, you'll be able to skip half the content. I downrated by one star because the book is now 7 years old and the laws have likely evolved.
Garret did quite a good job - There quite a lot of information and scenarios crammed in this .Its a good introduction into corporate taxation and at least put you in a position where you can sit across the table and get the conversation started with a CPA .
The ABC's of getting out of debt : turn bad debt into good debt and bad credit into good credit by Garrett Sutton
So far, the advice about paying off mulitple credit cards, from Kim Kiyosaki' Roberts wife says pay off the shortest term ones first, and put that extra pmts onto the next one. Is phsycological good advice, maybe not the best financial advice, if this means paying a low interest rate compared to a significantly larger one.
