This could easily be re-titled The Off-road Bible. In fact, the early chapters should, in my opinion, be compulsory reading as part of the learners permit for all drivers. The common sense approach to everything is brilliant. It's an easy read, the topics are covered in detail and it doesn't feel like it is talking down to you nor as some kind of memento of the exploits of the author.Even my partner who picked up the book out of sheer boredom on one trip, refused to put it down. Is this the show more best off road book on the market? I don't know - I haven't read all of them ... but I have read this and I am not left wanting for any topic and I will be recommending it to others. show less
This documentary film follows the story of 89 year old Iby Knill. It was July, 1944. Auschwitz. A pair of young twins crawled over to Iby one night in the hut. They had earlier seen their parents enter the gas chamber and they were now being used in experiments. 'Once they have finished, they will send us to the gas chamber,' they told her. 'Remember what you have seen and tell the world, because we will not be able to.' It took 60 years before she could finally tell her story. She had kept show more secret the fact that she had survived Nazi concentration camps, even from her own children. Now she is telling her story. (fonte: Imdb) show less
