Actually quite wonderful in premise and first 2/3 of story. But then throwing the princess, trapped in a ball, into the sea (for a day) is just too much for a cute children's story. And then making the fisherman 'young and handsome' seems to threaten her finally-won freedom... except that it doesn't. I admit that I wasn't crazy about the girls' faces, either.
It is on openlibrary if you want to see for yourself, but I don't recommend it.
