After reading the first book, I had to read this one as well. I love the way John Iovine paired up the once disturbed dad with the fake-turned-real psychic to help him cash in on his celebrity (with a chunk of moolah in it for himself). This time his ability needed to help a damsel in distress, and of course, things are not what they initial appear. My gripe is the same -- great storytelling, but too short of a story. Aw, c'mon!
This is a terrific book. A desperate dad and a fake psychic, what could go wrong? It all goes right at a fast and satisfying clip. The psychic is reluctant but the business end of a gun changes his mind. That's all I want to say without spoiling
Although more of a short story than a novel, it was a fast read. Not totally predictable...and being so short it was difficult to do any real character development. But I liked the psychic angle. The topic was rather dark but did not get into any gruesome details that disturb me and make me put a book down.
All in all nice plot---could probably be turned into a decent novel with the right editor

Very good short paranormal story with plenty of action and humor. A fast and enjoyable read that is a good sequel to the first episode. Highly recommended read for all ages.
