John "Reaper" Kane goes off on a single retreat to think about his life and whether or not he still has "it" to succeed in his line of work. Unfortunately, there is no solace to be found here, and instead, he finds himself fighting for his life in the mountains of New York. A cartel kingpin is living in luxury - in prison - and continues to run his successful business from there; the warden, local Sheriff, government officials, and enforcers are all on his payroll.
