About the Author
Craig Coussins, a world-renowned expert on bonsai, has been teaching and lecturing on bonsai since 1978, and growing bonsai since 1973. In addition to being the founder of the Scottish Bonsai Association and founder committee member of the Federation of British Bonsai Societies, Craig has studied show more with John Yoshio Naka, the world-famous Japanese-American bonsai teacher. This unique bonsai book shouldn't be the only one in your collection. This book differentiates in covering thoroughly all tangential parts of bonsai. Perhaps it could be called 'Seminars in Bonsai'. Wonderful coverage of pots, styling with other objects, rocks, deadwood, origin on bonsai, and more. Limited content about caring for your specific bonsai, compared to other bonsai books. An interesting read and good supplemental to other books.
