An interesting but somewhat biased account of what appears to be extraterrestrial phenomena and also I look at high-level conspiracy theories about the same. Do not be under any illusion, the author certainly believes the factual basis of these allegations and speculations. However, certainly there are incredibly difficult to explain events going on. Certainly worth a look and anyone with an interesting Delta green or other speculative fiction would also get quite a lot out of this.
