The humans seem to have disappeared from Earth and the dogs and other animals have to take over and figure out how to live amongst one another with minimal fighting. It is very easy to read with less than 5 words on each page. It will help to build the confidence of struggling readers while making them laugh. The graphics aren't in color, but are hilarious and detailed.
Silly yet dark (yeah, end of the world anyone?) premise with a few laughs but I wanted to like this more. Hoping that the sequel delivers a bit more laugh out loud moments than the first book.
Disappointing. Doesn't really build on the previous book, laughs are few and far between, features a lame Terminator reference that's never explored and has a completely abrupt ending.
