The edition I read was *huge* ... I had to devote almost an entire book bag to it. Like a laid-out tabloid newspaper, iiuc. I really liked that the poems were in Spanish and in their respective original languages, whether German or whatever, not just English. The illustrations are definitely 'dreamy' ... to me they were somewhat eerie. Most of the poems I couldn't read, since I'm monolingual, but they didn't seem like the most kid-friendly choices possible. I dunno what to say. Check it out show more for yourself. show less
