This book has the best instructions for making pies of any I have ever used. It also includes a huge collection of pie crust recipes. Even if you don't use the pie recipes (and you should use the pie recipes, because they are delicious), the extras alone would make this book worth the purchase.

This is one of those books I keep pulling out, but only seem to have made a few things in it.
Where I found a good blueberry pie recipe. Also has great tips for preparing frozen pie filling pp. 76-77.
