I've already been one for buying quality where I can and trying to make things last. However, this book has inspired me to buy with more consideration and to support markers themselves and to shop more locally where I can too.
I'm not into fashion but I do work in manufacturing, the insights into Savile Row, the fashion industry as it was and now is, craftsmanship, economics and sustainability are fascinating.
I've listened to the audiobook version, it's clearly and entertainingly narrated. I show more enjoyed it so much I will be picking up a hardcopy for rereading and keeping in my collection. I will be recommending this book to family and friends. show less
