I got this book as a gift from my parents. I admit that I primarily wanted it for the pictures more than anything. However, after re-reading it several times I have found much insight in the text that accompanies the wonderful photos. This book does an excellent job of bringing Therese's story to relevance. I find photos of the saints and where they lived a potent reminder that they were real people with real struggles and real virtue.
