Louis De Vorsey

Louis De Vorsey Jr. was professor of Geography at the University of Georgia in 1982 when he published this book. The book is a geographical history of the boundary dispute between South Carolina and Georgia over states rights from the Savannah River in Savannah, Georgia to the sea, about 10 miles east.The dispute has been continuing since Georgia was created from South Carolina in 1732.
