Mainly read this in honour of having recently been to the Live version in London at the end of August - which was the most fun I've had for quite some time and was over so quickly. I've got two more kids' puzzle books and a gamebook (Choose your own adventure-style) aimed at adults. I haven't reread the others yet. I seem to remember this (the first one) wasn't as good as the others, but that I could never get into the "gamebook" one.
Some of the puzzles are downright obtuse and others are show more too easy, anyway. At least one of them kind of required me to get a pencil and paper out but that wasn't happening, tbh. Another doesn't really have enough clues for you to work out the key on your own - I had to look it up in the answer section. show less

Another Crystal Maze book. I can't remember why I thought to reread these last year, but I did and they're still fun, albeit simple for an adult.
A kids' puzzle book, from my childhood. Simple and kinda fun.
Contains an interesting number of card games, but does a poor job of explaining how to play.
