This is an excellent piece of game design. The system is set up for storytelling rather than simulation, like Feng Shui, but with a level of customization that's closer to Ars Magica; it's calibrated to tell pulp stories set in the years after World War I, but one can easily abscond with the ideas to many other genres. It's using the FATE variant of the FUDGE rules framework.
The one thing I wish they had was a quick set of definitions to show how they built it out of the original FUDGE rules show more in order to make it easier to tweak the system. As designed, it's not really for campaign play, and you need to come up with your own rules for long-term character development. show less

This game rocks. Pulp heroes come alive, and players interact in this intent-based system in ways traditional skill-based systems can't touch. Pick-up games are a breeze; it almost narrates itself.
