What a fun, sweet, emotionally dynamic novel this is! The characters are distinct and complex, and they grow and change over the course of the novel. There's love and longing and humor and grief and the kind of fear that makes us do things that aren't consistent with how we view ourselves. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book!
