Only twenty-eight pages in length, this beautiful book tells of the primary rivers of, in particular, North America, and Europe. Africa, south Asia, and South America are included, but none of the great rivers of Russia. The last page and endpaper are maps of western and eastern hemisphere with the rivers noted that are in the book, eighteen in all.
