The pilot to the PBS series "Rosemary & Thyme", this book introduces you to Rosemary Boxer and Laura Thyme who like their wine and love their gardens. Along the way they solve crimes. The only drawback to this book is that the tv series shows the extraordinarily lovely gardens in which they work. The characters are people you would wish to know and the plot revolves around horticulture which makes this a very enjoyable mystery.

Great British Mystery with a bent toward gardening. For all Anglophiles and mystery buffs.
I loved this program so much that I had to buy the tapes. It is a combination of gardening and detecting.
